Refund policy

At Houuz of Benngal, we take great care in delivering premium sarees and ethnic wear. As all our products are carefully curated, we follow a NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY.

Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

❌ No Returns

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  • Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

🔁 Exchange Policy (Only Size Exchange)

  • We offer exchange only for size issues, subject to eligibility.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With all tags intact

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Accessories

  • Discounted / sale items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

🔂 One-Time Exchange Rule

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Multiple exchanges will not be entertained.

📩 Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange, the customer must contact us via email or WhatsApp with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images of the product

All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and approval by Houuz of Benngal.

🚚 Reverse Pickup / Self Shipping

  • If reverse pickup is available, a charge of ₹100–₹150 may apply.

  • Customers may also self-ship the product and must share the courier receipt.

❌ Exchange Rejection Conditions

Exchange requests will be rejected if:

  • The product has stains, perfume smell, or makeup marks

  • Tags are missing or damaged

  • The product appears used or altered

💳 Refunds

  • Since we do not accept returns, refunds are not applicable.

  • In case the requested exchange size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

  • Store credit is valid for 5 days only and is non-refundable.

⚠️ Additional Information

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

  • Exchange availability may depend on serviceable pin codes and logistics partners.

  • Houuz of Benngal reserves the right to accept or reject exchange requests at its sole discretion.
