Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• During sale events, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Timelines

• Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Metro cities: 4–6 working days

  • Non-metro / remote locations: 5–7 working days

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders above a specified minimum order value.

• Orders below the minimum value will be charged a standard shipping fee, which will be visible at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

• Any delays caused by courier partners are beyond the control of the brand.

5. Undeliverable Packages

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or the customer being unreachable,
  re-shipping charges will be applicable.
